· Primary issue: internal wear and tear affecting fuel delivery and atomization
· Secondary issue: fuel system corrosion
· Secondary issue: low cylinder compression
· install new injectors and rebuild cylinder heads
· Clean fuel tank and fuel lines
· Replace primary and secondary fuel filters
· Perform fuel system pressure test
After repair: equipment back to full operational capacity. The fleet now maintains inventory of 33800-84400 and 33800-84410 as backup units to minimize downtime when 21586290 is not immediately available.
